Privacy & limitations
This is an independently developed technical demonstration using fictional Workday Global Modern Services employer and job data. It is not a real employer careers site, and the AI comparison does not determine hiring eligibility or employment suitability.
Resume comparison
If you choose to submit a file or pasted experience, your submission is sent to this site's Cloudflare Worker. PDF and DOCX files may be processed through Cloudflare's document-to-Markdown service. The resulting text is sent to Cloudflare Workers AI to generate advisory comparisons with fictional job postings.
The application code does not intentionally save your resume to a database or object-storage bucket, and it does not send resumes to the fictional employer. However, Cloudflare infrastructure and service-level logging, processing, and retention are subject to Cloudflare's applicable policies and account configuration. We have not independently verified zero retention across all providers and services. Avoid submitting real names, contact information, sensitive data, or confidential employer records. Use the fictional sample resume whenever possible.
Workday data and applications
Job listings originate from a Workday developer-tenant recruiting report using server-side authentication. The site presents fictional postings and links to corresponding external Workday developer-tenant application pages. Those links leave The HRIS Lab; the destination site has its own handling and privacy terms. No real job openings or applications are offered here.
Security and limitations
This is an experimental public demo, not a security-audited or penetration-tested application. AI explanations can be incomplete or incorrect. Validate all job requirements against the original fictional posting, and never use generated comparisons as hiring decisions.
Site operation
Cloudflare provides hosting and request processing. Infrastructure-level telemetry and bot-abuse controls may process basic request metadata such as IP address. No personal portfolio analytics database is connected to this standalone project. The absence of application-level resume persistence does not guarantee the absence of provider-level operational logs.
